Getting Started

Learn how to install and set up Maestro Theme Scheduler for your Shopify store.

Installation​

From Shopify App Store​

  1. Visit the Maestro Theme Scheduler page on the Shopify App Store
  2. Click "Add app" or "Get"
  3. Review and approve the required permissions
  4. Complete the installation process

Required Permissions​

Maestro Theme Scheduler requires the following permissions:

  • Read and write themes: To schedule section and block visibility
  • Read theme settings: To access current theme configuration

Initial Setup​

1. Access the App​

After installation, you can access Maestro Theme Scheduler from:

  • Your Shopify admin dashboard
  • The Apps section in your admin panel

2. Configure Settings​

Navigate to the app settings and configure:

  • Default timezone: Set your store's timezone
  • Notification preferences: Choose when to receive notifications
  • Default visibility: Set default section/block states

3. Create Your First Schedule​

  1. Click "Create Schedule" or "New Schedule"
  2. Select the section or block you want to schedule
  3. Set the start date and time
  4. Set the end date and time (optional)
  5. Choose visibility state (show/hide)
  6. Save the schedule

Basic Usage​

Scheduling a Section​

To schedule when a section appears:

  1. Go to "Schedules" in the app
  2. Click "New Schedule"
  3. Select "Section" as the type
  4. Choose the section from the dropdown
  5. Set start and end times
  6. Choose "Show" as the action
  7. Save

Scheduling a Block​

To schedule a block within a section:

  1. Create a new schedule
  2. Select "Block" as the type
  3. Choose the section containing the block
  4. Select the specific block
  5. Set timing and visibility
  6. Save
